Welcome to Match Made (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, completing our questionnaire, or participating in any Match Made experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Service
Match Made is a curated dating experience designed to facilitate in-person introductions among working professionals. Match Made is not a dating app, matchmaking guarantee, therapy service, or counseling service.
Participation does not guarantee a romantic connection, relationship, or specific outcome.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or participating in Match Made, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years of age
Are legally eligible to participate in dating services
Provide accurate and truthful information
Match Made reserves the right to deny or terminate participation at its sole discretion.
3. Questionnaire & Screening
Completion of the questionnaire is free and required for consideration.
As part of our curation process, Match Made may conduct screening measures that include:
Background review
Photo verification
Review of publicly available information (including social media)
Match Made reserves the right to accept or decline participation based on screening results.
4. Fees & Payments
Match Made is a paid service. A participation fee (currently $49.99) is required only after you are invited to move forward with meeting matches and attending a Match Made date night.
All payments are:
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Payment does not guarantee a match, chemistry, or outcome.
5. Attendance & Dress Code
Match Made events are curated, in-person experiences. Participants are expected to:
Arrive on time
Dress in a polished, classy manner and adhere to our dress code policy
Athletic wear, sneakers, tank tops, flip-flops, or overly casual attire are not permitted. Participants not adhering to dress expectations may be denied entry without refund.
No-call, no-show participants are not eligible for refunds or credits.
6. No Guarantees
Match Made does not guarantee:
Compatibility
Romantic connection
Number of matches
Timeline for matching
Dating outcomes are subjective and vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Made shall not be liable for:
Emotional distress
Personal dissatisfaction
Actions or behavior of other participants
Missed connections or unmet expectations
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants. Sharing identifying information without consent is prohibited.
9. Termination
Match Made reserves the right to suspend or terminate access or participation at any time for violations of these Terms or behavior deemed inappropriate.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
